At Clague we have been designing using 3D CAD modelling and visualization for many years and it is often seen by our clients as a fundamental part of the overall service we offer.
Our in-house team make use of the very latest technology and software to provide a wide range of services from quick Sketchup models to detailed photo-realistic still images, flythroughs and walk-rounds. Long before a brick is laid we can take you on a tour of your new building and produce still images from any position to help with planning submissions or sales and marketing brochures. Site and Scheme Analysis: Working closely with the design team, we produce analysis images and animations, adding a new dimension to a proposal.
Concept and Massing: We can quickly provide key views during the early stages of a projects development.
Design Development: Our visualisation team works closely with the design team and can quickly provide live models to aid the design process. These models can be used to produce a wide variety of analyses including shadow casting, solar gain, shading, overlooking issues and materials schedules etc.
Photo Montage: Once the design is nearing completion the team can produce a highly detailed model which is then textured, given a lighting solution and rendered. These renders can then be merged with a photograph of the site resulting in a highly realistic image to aid planning negotiations and marketing.
Exterior Animation: Animated flyrounds of schemes of any size can be produced and are invaluable tools in communicating and marketing the proposals to the public. We storyboard, script and produce the animation which can be populated with realistic people and traffic.
Interior Images and Animation: Our visualisation team can also produce highly realistic interior models, which are developed closely with the architectural team, complete with furniture and lighting.
Verified View Montages: recognised as a crucial element of most environmental impact assessments, the team combines virtual GPS data and topographical survey data to produce highly accurate wire-line images and photo montages. This can be crucial when trying to prove the visual impact of schemes in sensitive areas.
