One of the key features of the seaside villas that are found within the locality is the dominance of timber balcony structures that extend two storeys and provide shelter to the occupants while using the external space to enjoy the surroundings. These same Villas also have large windows providing panoramic views. Our proposed scheme has been developed in recognition of the dominance of these features.
