Kent Framework/Kent BSF
Since 1st April 2003, Clague have been working extensively for Kent County Council under their new Framework agreement. To date, this work has been almost exclusively on educational projects ranging from new nurseries to adult education facilities.

Numerous projects for individual infant, junior and secondary schools have been progressed. In addition, Clague are also working directly for schools where they are responsible at local level for the management of capital projects.

Clague are part of the Land Securities Trillium consortium awarded ‘Preferred Bidder’ status for the Kent BSF project in December 2007.

Our work has made us familiar with DCSF requirements and the various restrictions relating to the LEA, Community/Foundation/Voluntary and Independent sectors, within which governing bodies have to work. Funding bids, appraisal of PFI, PPP and BSF projects, asset management and strategic planning are other specialist areas where Clague’s wealth of experience can help schools plan efficiently and effectively for the future.
