This project sits within a cul-de-sac development of 16 houses built in1970 by the architect Ted Levy, who designed a number of developments and one-off houses in north London throughout the 1970s and early ‘80s which are notable for their clever use of natural light.
Working with our Client and James Green, of the Alexander Green Group, Ted Levy’s ethos to provide light and space continued into the refurbishment and extension of this high-profile residential project, which received planning consent in the Spring of 2021.
Clague have recently completed the detailed design and production information to realise the content of the planning approval and we are pleased to advise that works are due to commence on site imminently.
We plan to provide further updates as works progress, transforming this already desirable house into a home, meeting the needs of its new owners.
