Approval Granted for Ashford Commercial Quarter, Phase 1

At last night’s Planning Committee meeting, Ashford Borough Council unanimously voted to approve our proposed scheme for Phase I of the Ashford Commercial Quarter. With a number of Councillors commending Clague on the design quality of this significant building.

A mixed use building providing 1,004 sqm / 10,807 sqft of flexible cafe / restaurant / retail accommodation at Ground Floor level, with five floors of flexible office accommodation above totalling 5,169 sqm / 55,644 sqft.

The grant of planning approval is a significant step forward, towards the implementation of the masterplan for the Commercial Quarter. We are now keen to progress the technical design so that Quinn Estates can commence work on Site.
