Clague have submitted an outline planning application to Dover District Council, as part of masterplan proposals at Capel-le-Ferne by Quinn Estates.
The scheme proposes 142 new houses, including 43 desperately-needed affordable family homes and 30 new retirement units. The masterplan continues to respond positively to local community needs in providing a new doctor’s surgery and village shop, as well as a significant landscaped buffer given over as a country park.
The proposals will make an important and significant contribution to the local housing land supply in Dover district. We look forward to a positive planning determination in the near future, to follow on from our other recent successes in achieving difficult planning approvals on non-allocated greenfield sites.
