Connect 38 is shortlisted for the LABC Awards

We are pleased to announce that the Clague-designed Connect 38 project for Quinn Estates has been shortlisted for the LABC - Local Authority Building Control Awards this year.

Connect 38 is the new office block situated in Ashford, Kent and is the largest to have been built in Kent for two decades.

The new 80,500 sq ft office, restaurant and retail space building forms part of a much wider plan for regenerating Ashford, which when fully occupied will be home to 480 jobs.
