First Look of Sheppey Court, Kent

With construction due to start on site soon, here’s an early look at the final scheme at Sheppey Court.

The project consists of renovating the existing Grade II Listed Building originally built between 1770-1835 by Sir Edward Banks and 33 new build 1, 2 and 3 bed units.

The site will be fully landscaped providing communal amenity space with a children’s play area and extensive planting within the gated boundary wall of the original property.

Clague have been appointed by Paramount Land & Development Ltd as lead consultant providing technical delivery to completion on site.

Clague have utilised Revit to coordinate and detail the project as part of our continuing BIM growth within the practice. It’s good to see how seamless the transition is from Revit to a marketing visualisation.
