Joseph Wilson Industrial Estate Expansion Receives Planning

We are delighted to announce after a year of being in Planning, the Joseph Wilson Industrial Estate Expansion situated in Whitstable, received planning approval last night at Canterbury City Council’s Planning Committee Meeting.

After six years of working with George Wilson Holdings Ltd, the approved scheme looks to provide 40 B1, B2 & B8 Industrial Units with associated parking, servicing areas and landscaping. The much needed 82,000 sq.ft industrial expansion will bring the allocated employment site forward and provide economic benefits to the area.
