Kent Design and Development Awards Ceremony 2016

Clague LLP were winners of the Minor Residential (10 or less houses) section. The scheme was Nautical Mews in Margate - a scheme commissioned by KCC. This was one of three Clague design schemes shortlisted in various categories for consideration of an award this year. Pat Mills (partner) was the job architect. 'This was an imaginative design commission placed by KCC' said Pat Mills. That the regeneration project was identified by KCC is the main story behind the scheme for 5 houses.
