The new facilities at St Margret’s Bay Dover greatly enhance the visitor amenities at the end of the two mile walk from the National Trust White cliffs visitor centre.
Located against the striking Grade II listed Victorian lighthouse, the building references the features the lighthouse and surrounding buildings picking out the original ‘ trinity house’ green in the new joinery.
The new facilities have a welsh slate roof, and a marine specification render which should withstand the harsh conditions of this exposed position on the top of the cliffs.
The Building is now fully open to the public and Clague have greatly enjoyed working with both Cowin Building Contractors and the National Trust.
