Planning consent granted for 108 new homes
Planning consent has been granted for a proposed new development of 108 new homes in Tovil, Maidstone.
The site’s previous use as a quarry provides a unique environment, which required a considered design response tailored to the setting.
Highly praised by the planning department following close consultation, the design solution to a challenging brief was for a series of linked squares, defined by carefully scaled buildings in a common architectural language with a mix of two and three bed houses and apartments.
We are looking forward to seeing how this develops in the near future.
