Planning received for new self-build home
Planning permission has been received for the erection of a detached 1.5 storey self-build home in Upstreet.
The proposal offers a new 3 bedroom home with private amenity spaces and parking, and is designed to raise the character and design quality of the area.
The house has been designed as a contemporary ‘arts and crafts’ home with impressive double height space within the living room and mezzanine viewing space to the southwest. The open plan living spaces and large windows to the south will amplifying natural light throughout. This house offers minimal impact on the amenity of the existing properties whilst making effective use of an underutilised parcel of Brownfield land.
