We are excited to share that The Levels, situated in Ashford, has been shortlisted in the RICS Social Impact Awards 2020.
The Levels is set within a local woodland which was previously used as a Christmas tree plantation. The house has been cut into the slope with the main living accommodation situated on the top floor. This includes a large open plan living area and two balconies to make the most of the stunning views over the wooded valley. The bedrooms are situated on the lower floor, with access to the garden area.
Natural materials have been used to compliment the surrounding woodland, with extensive landscaping that helps soften the impact of context and ecology.
We look forward to seeing the results in June.
