Unanimous Planning Approval Received for new Herne Bay Golf Club
We are delighted that the Clague designed mixed-use scheme for Quinn Estates at Herne Bay Golf Club received unanimous planning approval last week.
The proposal will supplement the existing residential development with a complementary mix of 119 new homes, as well as a mix of employment and commercial uses such as a convenience store, gym, pub/restaurant and offices.
The planning committees’ members congratulated the team on the design and the level of open public space provided.
