The development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom farmsted homes is located just outside the ancient village of Cliffe on the secluded Hoo Peninsula. The site included a number of redundant agricultural buildings and is adjacent to  a Grade II listed Farmhouse.

The proposals involved the construction of three new barns to compliment the change of use and conversion of one redundant barn. Further outbuildings and barns were also converted to accommodate vehicle parking. Throughout the development the appearance of the buildings were conserved as far as possible with a simple palette of materials, namely, brick and black weatherboarding
