Work Completes on Successful Student Accommodation
We have recently completed work on a detached three and a half storey building situated in New Dover Road, Canterbury.
This comprises of 52 bedrooms to be used for student accommodation, with shared facilities and a basement area. The building is leased to CATS college and continues our ongoing relationship of successful student accommodation projects in the sensitive Conservation Area.
The project team of Clague, 1 SAR Ltd, Cason Green Associates and Betteridge & Milsom are delighted with the success of the project.
