An urban scheme of 173 flats which were built on a flood plain to the south side of the City of Canterbury between the City Wall and the River Stour.
The scheme was initially prepared for BT Telereal to replace a large four storey office block (which established the scale that was possible on this site).
Later the site was sold to Fairview PLC and built out in accordance with the consented scheme.
