Ickham Court Farm

The development consisted of the conversion of several ancient barns and the construction of 3 further units to provide a total of 10 residential two storey units.

The design of the new units carefully reflects the traditional Kentish vernacular architecture of the existing barns utilising locally sourced materials. This ensures that the houses and garages within the development sit comfortably in the historic village.
