Gareth Leggeat



Since joining Clague in 2010, Gareth has completed a number of educational projects, and continues to focus on the design of schools and further educational facilities. Completed projects include a new £1.3m sports hall building for Rainham Mark Grammar School, completed in 2011 and a £1m refurbishment of Canterbury Christ Church University’s student union into a new music facility, opened in September 2012. Recent projects include a new £1.6m hydrotherapy pool and gym for The Royal School for Deaf Children, Margate, completed September 2013, a £1.3m music building for The Schools at Somerhill, Tonbridge, opened September 2014 and a new £1m building for Furley Park Primary Academy in Ashford, completed August 2015.

Gareth has recently developed designs for a new retirement village in Hawkinge, 108 dwellings in Tovil, Maidstone and a number of schemes for Kent County Council, including the creation of a new primary school in Folkestone.
