Since joining Clague in 2000 Lee has been responsible for a £21m Sports Facility at the University of East London, which the USA Olympic team used as its training venue prior and during the 2012 Olympic Games.

Lee has also secured projects in Iraq (Erbil and Baghdad) and Cairo for a global Oil/Petroleum company, and also been involved in the regeneration of West Malling Airfield, by Rouse Kent Ltd and Kent County Council. This has involved masterplanning for future land releases and the design and construction of specific building plots i.e the Kings Hill Centre and 250 affordable homes (in conjunction with Russet Homes.)

Prior to joining Clague Lee worked for Kent County Council, and was involved in various education based projects, including new build and alterations to schools. He was involved with the Kent County Constabulary and was responsible for the new Area HQ in Tonbridge. Lee has also worked for the Metropolitan Police Architects Department and was involved in the design and construction of new build Police Station projects at Edmonton Green, Uxbridge and Islington.
