Since joining Clague in 1996 Pat has been involved with various residential projects including the £5.5m Horsebridge development in Whitstable and a £2m development at Little York Farm, Gillingham, which won the What House? Award.

He has also worked on the masterplanning of the Kings Hill development, the £20m refurbishment of the Grade I Listed Luton Hoo Hotel in Bedfordshire as well as the £30m redevelopment of the Kent County Cricket Club and most recently student accommodation for CATS College Canterbury.

Pat became an Equity Partner in 2007 and is the partner responsible for the Foundation Board covering HR and H&S matters. Pat also deals with Citation (Clague’s appointed H&S specialist) holds a PQP CSCS card and is an emergency first aider.
