Seb Willett

BA (Hons) PgCert

Since joining Clague in 2006, Seb has worked on a wide variety of projects in the practice over the years. He has developed a specialism in character-led masterplanning and bespoke residential design which helps him nurture his interest in contemporary forms of housing. He is particularly interested in community-led development and ‘pocket neighbourhood’ co-housing principles.

Seb has worked closely with a number of national developers in bringing to life large residential masterplan visions across the south-east, including a range of sites in rural Essex, as well as throughout Kent and Sussex. He has also worked extensively with the Royal British Legion Industries on a variety of projects. Most recently this includes the design of their national memorial Garden of Honour, and leading the design of the landmark new Centenary Village masterplan at Aylesford.

Seb also leads the practice’s weekly in-house design review meetings, working closely with the Partners and other project leads to ensure that all designwork across the office is completed to the highest standard.
