Set in 965 acres of parkland in Northamptonshire; the aim is to create a thriving community with the overarching strategies for infrastructure delivery and design requirements being set by the Master Developer Urban and Civic.
Since its inception, achieving good design to support the growth of the community has underpinned the ambition for Priors Hall. Much of the key infra-structure within Zone 1 has now been delivered such as the Corby Business Academy, Corby Enterprise Centre, Priors Hall Learning Community and associated strategic landscaping. Housing continues to be delivered across Zone 1 with a new community emerging in Priors Hall.
Clague have been involved in the Masterplanning and Design Code for Priors Hall since 2017. Key principles of the proposals are as follows;
